Well, the guy at the front desk was nice. He handed us the remote control as we checked in and we went to our room. We walked in the room and noticed how disgusting it was right away. I ended up wiping down the walls with a couple of their towels and the towels were almost black afterwards. I felt like Norman Bates was watching me at all times. When I took a shower, I felt dirtier than before I got in the shower... you know the type of tub I'm talking about... you try your best not to touch the liner, the wall or even the tub with your feet, let alone your body. Ugh. Stay across the street for only $10 more! SERIOUSLY.

We got this hotel Via Priceline. We drove up, and my finace said this place looks like the Bates Motel. I was horrifed when we went into the office and saw the manager. He was like, we don't make no money off you folks who do priceline damit. I don't have your reservation, so I'm just gonna have to charge your credit card! I was like NO WAY! Managers mother was sleeping IN THE LOBBY and when I asked where the heat was ..."we can't affford no heat, we are fixin' to go bankrupt". He relented gave us our room key and couldn't get into room. Returned and got another room/key. No electricity, turned on light over sink and the light POPPED so loud...sounded like a gun going off. Used flashlight to check out room. DISGUSTING! Blood on wall........I screamed and ran OUT! Prostitutes on Property!!!! Should have been a indication. Writing to the BB and Health Department. Never want anyone to have to be in situattion we were. We took key back and told manager...he was like
"I figured you there folks were too stuck up to stay here"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL................We would have taken pictures, but it was dark and we wanted to get the HELL out of there. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!!!!!!!!!

This was the dirtiest place I have ever seen. DIRTY SHEETS, DIRTY TOWELS, DIRTY CARPET. The room smelled horrible. Stuff still in the refrigerator from precious guest. Something smeared all over the TV. We stopped here because of the Billboard advertisement of I95 stating they were Pet Friendly and we were traveling with our dog. Also their sign at motel saying " Newly Renovated, Clean and Quiet Rooms". Do not believe the signs! The room was so NASTY that we would not even allow our dog to walk into the room. Went back to front desk and asked for a refund. (They even have a hand written sign - no refunds after 15 mins....that should be a warning) It had only been 8 minutes but they still refused to refund our money. Emoployee offered to give us another room but said they were all like that and laughed. Then he said people just need somewhere to sleep when traveling and the room really doesn't matter! We valued our health, so we left anyway and went across the street to the DAYS INN (we discovered they too are pet friendly). The Days Inn rooms were CHEAPER, clean, smelled great and was a much nicer place to stay. DO NOT STAY at AMERICAS BEST INN - go directly across the street and stay at the DAYS INN!

We made our reservation on their web site...we were going to the races and needed a place close to home...Talk about decieving website...words do not even begin to describe this place....I took one look at the place from the outside and knew I didnt want to stay there...I asked my husband to stop so I could go in and cancel the reservation....It was 10 am .....The lobby was so cluttered and filthy that I could only imagine what the rest of the place looked like....... It WAS GROSS When I told the man that I would like to cancel he screamed at me !!! YOU GET NO REFUND!!!!! I was appalled...I had put it on our debit card and numerous numerous calls to the main office of the hotel headquarters they never reversed the charges my husband and I spent 100 bucks and never got a room key I agree with previous posts and being a frequent traveler I will never give Americas best worst or whatever they are the benefit of the doubt again even if they were giving away trips to tahiti and that I promise!!!
