Very happy with the staff and the hospitality they showed me...

I was traveling from Sevierville, TN to Columbia, SC back to Cherokee, NC in the same day.
My meeting in Columbia ran late into the night and I didn't get to Spartanburg until 2 a.m..

The fron desk attendant was nice and quick to get me in my room and let me choose between regular check out and late (2 p.m.) check out - I wanted to leave it open till in the morning to make up my mind she put me in and I was off to bed.

The room was clean and very comfortable I had nothing to complain about, free wireless and they added the SSID and passkey to my room key holder without me having to ask. I did not wake for the conventional breakfast so no feedback on that.

I would recommend this Holiday Inn to a friend!

Very clean, updated, good continental breakfast. Staff very cheerful snd polite. Next to big mall and restaurants.

This hotel was is a very good choice in Spartanburg. Great check in, great lobby with a friendly check in staff. Nice pool, the breakfast was excellent. I don't get the "Marriott headache" when I stay at a Holiday Inn Express. This hotel is easy to find and close to shopping and good restaurants. Would stay here again.

This is the third time that I have stayed at this property. The front desk staff are always friendly. The rooms are always clean...very clean. It is conveniently located to Interstate 26 and numerous restaurants. The prices are fair. I will stay here again.
