We had some trouble finding this hotel, because according to the GPS i should have been right on top of it. We searched for 20 minutes and finally on our way by the original coordinates my wife noticed that the Radisson sign had been whited out and removed. We looked down the road and there it was. But it wasnt a Radisson when we pulled up. It is a "Roberts" hotel, whatever that is. As you can see by the pictures, the Radisson name has already been yanked off the hotel. I did notice they kept the "R" on the vans, though..
As far as the room went, it was a nice room, okay anyway. It was a suite on the top floor, and had a business office in the front and the main room in the back. The carpets in both places was dirty, dingy, and old. Also, the televisions were a bit behind the modern curve as well, looking 20 years old if they were a day.
On the good side, the beds come equipped with sleep numbers, which isnt bad. The staff seemed to be working hard, although they appeared to be understaffed. I would not recommend spending more than $40/night here.

Had a wonderful time with =family of 5-- teo huge rooms with Select Comfort plush beds. pool and restaurant for kids; close to City and also airport. Value for the money and lots to see and do!

My wife and I were traveling to visit family during the Thanksgiving holiday,it was getting late and decided to stop for the night....we were both tired and just wanted to get some rest and maybe a hardy breakfast before hitting the road again.
After checking into our room,the first bad sign that was not going to be a pleasant stay was the roaches that ran out from under the fridge...the second was the stains on the sheets...we asked to be moved and the lady at the front desk was so rude to my wife,we had enough.....we got in our car and drove to another hotel in the middle of the night,just to get away from that wretched place....
If you're ever traveling through Spartanburg S.C, never,ever stay at that hotel!!

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. The rooms were large, yet dirty and dingy. The front desk was rude and unwelcoming. The only staff member we ran into that was helpful was a gentleman who seemed to be attending to maintenance issues. There was mold growing in the shower and on the wallpaper and ceiling. Some lamps worked, others did not. The carpet obviously had not been swept for some time. In addition there were multiple small and large hairs on the bathroom floor. We we relying on the "Radisson" name when we stopped here and felt we would have had a cleaner room and been happier in an economy hotel for half the price. We will NEVER stop here again. If you are considering this hotel either go to another national hotel chain down the street or find an economy hotel nearby, at least you'll know what you're getting.
