The hotel looks big and nice at first, but really its old and wierd.. the breakfast was lacking, they ran out of somethings for the guests. the indoor pool was nice, but it seemed a little old too. The beds were sleep number,, but they didnt feel like that. the TV remote was missing. and the bathroom was average size. For the price, it wasn't that great. Also its near a cracker barrel which we enjoy, but the place was dead and boring, they didn't even use the gigantic bar in the middle of the restaurant.

We stopped here on our way north. It served its purpose. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was good. I'd stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with a volleyball club because we were playing a tournament in the area. Yikes!! Beginning with a surly check-in experience and progressing to a closed indoor pool (chemical issues), sleep number mattresses that would not deflate, weird odors in the rooms just to name a few. The problems were not associated with the recent renovations. I'm not even sure what the renovations were supposed to have been. The Spartanburg-Greenville area is plenty big enough for you to choose another hotel. I, for one, will NEVER stay here again. I also will likely never stay at any Clarion Hotel again.

This was a Radisson hotel when we unfortunatly had to stay for a week while looking for housing properties to buy in Greenville. The hotel is fully enclosed with no windows that open and no air from outside circulating. The staff was excellent, but the rooms are disgustingly dirty. Old horrible carpets, mold growing in corners of bathtub, smelly air and we woke up every morning stuffed up and coughing from the unhealthy environment. Awful sleep number beds that were uncomfortable and one of them was broken. No compimentary coffee or anything. Plain awful. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy, nevermind a friend!!!
