The front desk staff greeted a co-worker and myself courteously and professionally when we arrived to check in. I had a king suite upgrade as a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and it was very nice. The only thing I did not like about the room was that the bathroom door opened out, back toward the entrance door. It made it difficult to walk back and forth to the closet and to the hall. I had to keep the bathroom door closed all the time.
The service at breakfast and the food was excellent. The servers were very nice and worked hard to make sure we were well taken care of. The lobby area was also well designed to use to meet clients to start the day, go to dinner, etc.
I usually am a loyal Hampton Inn customer while on the road, but this hotel is a very good alternative.
Room Tip: Get a room away from the elevator and on the mall side, away from the highway.
