My mother came from out of town to have test done at the hospital near there... My dad passed away last year and they always stayed at the Quality Inn when they were in town for doctors visit, so needless to say my mother felt comfortable there... I got off of work to come stay with her during this trip and this is where the fun began... My mother locked the extra lock that was from inside the room and I was unable to get in with the room key, I was unable to wake her to come to the door and was getting extremly worried - I went to the front desk and Victor assisted me in trying to get in the room. He stayed with me until I got in and to me that was a God sent. The room was nice, the location was convenient and the staff was above and beyond excellent... Not everyone is going to be satisfied no matter where they stay but if you are looking for a nice, clean, friendly environment I would recommend you stay here.

The pictures on google are a far cry from the actual condition of the hotel. Staying there felt like i was living in a cheap horror flick. FRONT DESK: the lady at the front desk was super nice. ROOM: Upon entering the hallway where the rooms are, i was overpowered by the smell of mold/water damage/ cigarette smoke. Most if not all of the units are labeled non smoking, but people most definitely smoke. My first room did not have working AC and the toilet seat had some poo streaks on the back and what looked like dried vomit on the bottom of the bowl. I was moved to a second room where the AC worked but the smell was worse. I am not a complainer usually so i dealt with it. In the bathroom the ceiling was drooping down from some apparent water leak that had been patched over but never repaired. The overall condition of the room was ok, floors were cleaned and bedding clean. The walls are paper thin though. The people next door had a dog that kept barking all night, and i guess they sleep with their tv on because i could hear reruns of 2 1/2 Men almost all night. They also smoked in the room, because the access door had cigarette smoke peeping into my room. I had to put a wet towel by that door to stop it. I got up the next morning and went to get ice, but the ice machine was broken. I peeked around the side to see if it was plugged in and around that machine is the nastiest floor ive ever seen. POOL: I went back to the room and thought i'd go check out the pool. The pool is closed although it was advertised. If you see on google the picture of the pool has this nice blue water, but the actual pool looks like sewage. One guy in the hall said that the pool has not been open in years. FREE BREAKFAST: Pretty standard, mini muffins and bagels out of a bag, cereal and milk (which was room temperature and i actually did get sick an hour after eating, maybe or maybe not related), hard boiled eggs (looked good did not try), waffle maker, Coffee (good), Orange Juice (tasted like orange water) and Apple Juice (tasted great). OVERALL: This hotel makes Econo Lodge look like a resort.. it's that bad.

The room and hallway smelled of heavy smoke even though the sign says "Smoke Free". We suspected that people did not care about the sign and the policy of the hotel but went ahead and smoked in the room anyway.

The location was perfect, near the highway and the shopping mall and restaurants. They have a good sized pool that many people really enjoyed using.

The continental breakfast was just okay but other Quality Inn & Suites have better continental breakfasts than this hotel. We were disappointed with their breakfast as I guess we had expected more out of Quality Inn based on our other stays such as the Quality Inn in Elgin, IL and the Quality Inn Toronto near the Pearson Airport, Canada.

As non-smokers, I think it was the smell of heavy smoke in our room that really bothered us more than anything else. Our mistake was we did not complain to the front desk and we should have requested to be transferred to another room but we didn't because we have already unpacked all our things.

If we could help it, we hope we would not have to stay at this hotel again.

Dark, smelly, filthy, way too warm, and badly in need of repair and upgrades; paint peeling from the walls. The plumbing failed at 11pm and the front desk was sarcastic about it; moved to another room and the a/c was broken down. The restaurant is always closed despite a sign that they're always open. The person working behind the counter needed a bath and a CLEAN change of clothes. Never NEVER again would I stay in this dungeon. "Quality Inn" is an oxymoron.
