This is the best hotel in the small town of Ridgeland, just off the interstate, but still quiet as the hotel is set back off an access/frontage road. An older property, it is adequately maintained. You'll see caulk in the bath needing replacement and other items such as concrete needing work off the walks. Small, very old pool was closed...it did NOT look inviting...situated very close to the hotel walls. Housekeeping was superb, clean rooms. Beds were okay, supportive. NO Lobby PC, a big weak point; internet connect was adequate, no better.
Breakfast area was smallish and the offering was VERY Basic: Cereals and rolls, yogurt, etc. Overall: a LOW 3-star rating; convenient, easy interstate access location is a big draw, as is a good restaurant located across directly off the back parking lot (i.e. easy walk). Convenience store/gas station/Dairy Queen/Subway is a short walk away also for late night impulses and needs. I'd recommend for a one or two-night stay if you had business right in the immediate Ridgeland area.
