We had stayed at this hotel the year before and the price was right, so we decided to try again. The beds were hard but fairly comfortable. We couldn't connect to their internet, but managed to connect to the hotel right next door. The noise from the traffic was pretty loud, even with the fan on to drown out the noise.
The major problem was the girl at the front desk in the morning. There is a large NO SMOKING sign on the door to the office / breakfast room that apparently is meaningless. She was smoking in the doorway with the door propped open, but because there was no windows in the breakfast room, it was filled with smoke! She was talking on her cell phone and smoking the whole time that we were there. It was so bad we ate our cereal standing outside so we could breathe. Breakfast was very sparse with only cereal, toast, juice and coffee. If this wasn't bad enough when we came back to check out, she was nowhere to be found. A maid sitting in the breakfast room told us that she had left to go to the bank. We were incredulous! We wanted an early start and were not prepared to wait for her to come back. Since our credit card info was taken the night before we put our keys on the desk and left. We would love to let the manager know what had happened...there should always be someone at the front desk!
We will never stay here again!
