The rooms are overpriced. Although the carpet in our room appeared to be relatively new, the furnishings were worn, the refrigerator did not cool properly, there was a waiting list for an iron and ironing board, and there was a stench of urine outside our room on the walkway. The manager made no effort to resolve our complaints, indicating that customer service is definitely not a priority. The neighboring hotels, which unfortunately were full, are comparable in price and the rooms are much nicer. We will not be back.
