This had to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at period! There was construction right beside our room that consisted of a skill saw and loud music early on Saturday AND SUNDAY morning. The room was in need of cleaning. The toilet was not bolted to the floor and would move a little when you sat down. The kitchen sink leaked into the floor. The stairs were very weak and made you afraid you would fall. The water went from hot to cold throughout your shower. There was no toiletries items other than bar soap and toilet paper (2 rolls for your stay). During our stay the maintenance man brought the bug man through to spray for ROACHES! The people were friendly but this hotel definitely needs some maintenance. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone! The budget price wasn't worth the stay. Spend a little more and get a nicer, more relaxing vacation.

Do not stay at this motel if you want to get any sleep. We had a room on the bottom floor and the people in the room above us made so much noise we could get no sleep and the manager would not give us a refund I will NEVER stay at this motel again Hopefully they will tear this place down!!!!

Parking was terrible. Air conditioning in rooms did not work that well. Could not sleep at night due to noise from other guest. Had to pay for ice! Will never stay again.

My husband and I arrived to the Tricia Lyn with our three children and were quickly disappointed with the overall appearance of the motel. The room was a corner room that offered very little in the way of comfort or cleanliness. The cups provided were plastic cups from the Dixie Stampede, the bathroom was filthy and had a terrible odor, the pull-out couch was covered with a dirty sheet, and the carpet was disgusting. I will never visit the Tricia Lyn again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know.
