Besides the poor condition of the rental, the pool lacks enough chairs, lacks sufficient number of tubes for the lazy river, and management doesn't support their rules for loud music and alcohol consumption at the pool. It's all party-time and not a family location any more.
Room had mold in coffee maker, mold on the shower curtains. Return vents were covered in lint and dirt. Frying pans were unusable, so we had to bake everything or use the microwave.
Room did not have a working phone when we arrived, no working internet all week, and the garage door only worked on Saturday. We had to use the emergency switch to get out of the garage on Sunday. We couldn't get back into the garage on our return on Sunday afternoon, so we used the lower levels of the garage.
Elliot Realty had no problem making themselves at home when they wanted something. They came in and took a comforter from one of the beds we were using. Claimed a stain was on it and the owner requested the comforter to be removed. Never saw it again the whole week.
Room Tip: Check CondoLux instead. Maybe they have more family oriented locations.

Please accept our sincerest apologies that you were not satisfied with your vacation rental. We strive to provide the best possible accommodations and service in the industry and we are sincerely disappointed when we miss that mark. The entire Elliott Beach Rentals team here works very hard to insure total satisfaction for all of our guests and take it personally when a guest is unhappy. We have reviewed all of our notes and do not see where you called or spoke to anyone from our office to voice any complaints or concerns about your vacation rental during your stay. We are very sorry that we were not given the opportunity to take care of these issues while you were here. We know how important vacations are and we want all of our guests to enjoy every minute of their time here. We hope that you and your family will once again accept our sincerest apologies and that you will call on us again and allow us the chance to regain your trust.
