I’m on the road sometime 100 days + a year and when you walk in and see no refunds ever it’s not a good sign. The motel was built in the 40’s of concrete and mess wifi and nik cards will not work. There playing on the name “Pepperdine by the Sea”, and they have Hugh internet marketing thing going for there timeshare. The carpet last chanced in the 70’s same with the style the bed has stain’s when I asked for new sheets I was told sheet exchange was Tue and Fri third deck so I slept on my ground clothing from the truck. I asked about the ac keeping the room at 78 and they were mad when I showed them my ski thermometer on my jacket to prove it. More so when I had the room open, and fan in it that is had in the truck , when they came to ask me to close it I asked about the little brown and tan bugs in the bath and they said they planned on spraying. I did ask for a refund min’ s after seeing the room and was told no refunds if it had not been as tired as I was I would have left that night, as it was and it was worth losing 3 days prepay not to stay.
