Save your money and dont stay here this place is a complete dump. Very small and old.

Peppertree by the Sea is a great family oriented place! if your looking for all the finer things it's not for you. Friendly staff (especially the activity director!) I have been going one a year, for a week, since I was very young. It's the highlight of my summer every year and I love seeing the people every year. (It guarentees you always have a friend there.) It's located on the beach so the location is amazing. The outdoor pool is very nice and clean. It has lots of chairs and umbrellas. It does has a few smallish lights inside the pool at night, so it needs a little more light. It has a weight room, indoor pool, hot tub, and activity room. There is fun activities Monday through Friday for kids that I enjoyed as a little girl and now I get to see the younger one's in my family enjoy. The rooms are decorated nicely in a typical beach decor. The kitchen and dining area is nice. It's an amazing experience. We are looking for more timeshares for our huge family!

my husband and I stayed for a week earlier this month, it is a small low-key resort. We had a 1 bedroom oceanfront unit on the 4th floor that was updated and nicely decorated, although the bedroom was a little tight for space. It had the smallest balcony I have ever seen, but was still an amazing view. Check-in took all of 5 minutes (I am not exagerating), and the staff was so friendly. Lots of local shops and restraunts within walking distance. The indoor pool/hot tub area could use a little updating, but both were warm, clean and pleasant to use. The outdoor pool was not heated so it was closed, but we had beautiful weather all week and actually got sunburned while lying on the beach. The resort had scheduled activities, but we did not participate. We just wanted to go at our own pace and relax and we were able to do just that.

We stayed at this property for one night during a last minute trip to NMB to spend time with my parents who were staying in a timeshare at the Wyndham next door. (which was VERY VERY NICE).

We got a great rate of $59 for the night. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly! The view from the 4th floor room 402 was great. We stayed in a one bedroom unit and while it was very small, it was ok for my husband and I as our children stayed with our parents next door.

The bedroom was very small and not much room on the side close to the wall to walk or get to the bed. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was small but very equipped with pots/pans utensils etc, which all looked new.

We did not use the pool or hot tub.

The property is old and the elevators show the age more than anything.. However, they are renovating and the rooms will all be updated. So if you can get passed the exterior being dated, and the rooms being quite small. I think you will enjoy this property. I would consider this property again for a long weekend. Not sure I would want to spend a full week here with my two very active sons.

All in all- It was clean, no bugs sitings on our trip and we would consider this property again.
