We stayed here with family over Labor Day weekend, although it was a Holiday weekend, the Hotel/Timeshare was not overly crowded. We had a two bedroom across the street from the ocean. The room was great, Clean, Spacious and fairly updated. The balcony on the back overlooked a marsh area that my 3 year old son loved to see the difference of the water between high and low tide. Street to the Rental was right across from Bearfoot Landing and easy to get in and out of on the main road. Plenty of tubes for the lazy rivers! Would stay here again if I was in the area!

Just got back from a week visit to the Shore Crest 1 and it was our first time there, we used my Aunt and Uncle's time share and I have to say we enjoyed it. We had a nice view being we were on the 7th floor. I love how there are activities all through the week for kids and even the adults. All the staff member's were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean (1711), I will have to say it would be nice if there was tile all though-out the condo, the carpet seemed to be a little worn and with young children on the floor would be nice to have tile and it be a little cleaner, other than that the unit was very clean. The hotel itself seemed to be very clean. Shorecrest is in a nice area, not as busy as some parts of the Beach, traffic wise, but the Beach was very crowded people wise. Also in walking distance to Barefoot and some restaurants near by, like Cracker Barrel, Mcdonald's and Hamburger Joe's. Overall enjoyed our stay and I hope to visit again in the near future!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom ocean view villa. On arrival our villa was spotlessly clean. There was a hint smell of cigarette smoke, but after a few minutes from walking in the villa, I didn’t notice it anymore. Parking in the garage is tight but there is a parking lot right across the street which is great because the garage fills up if you come back too late in the evening.
The outdoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, and lazy river was a great place to relax, sun tan, and enjoy some drinks. You can either bring your own beer/snacks/water or buy some at the snack stand. There is also a separate area which lounge chairs that provide more privacy with bushes and palm trees between chairs- nice if you want to get away from rowdy kids and still enjoy the sun.
The fitness room was not worth going to. Weight machines were literally rusted. And THE ONE treadmill felt like it was going to break when my 125lb body starting running at a 10minute mile pace (6.0 on the machine).
We brought our road bikes so we got to see a lot of the surroundings of the resort. Nice quiet neighborhood overall- mostly residential. Ocean Blvd is well lit at night and the lights from the street and the other high rise condo buildings were a sight, as well as the sun setting in the late afternoon.
Nearby attractions worth driving to: BareFoot Landing, House of Blues, and Broadway at the Beach.

We stayed in Shore Crest II. Even though it was not facing the beach, I enjoyed the resort. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. And we had internet access in our room. The only complaint I had about the room was that our AC was not working properly. It would not shut off automatically. We had to turn it off whenever it got too cold in there, and then turn it back on when it was hot. We reported it twice, and each time someone came and did something and said they fixed it, but it continued to not shut off. They made a note of it when we checked out, and said they would report it again. Another complaint that I had was that there was no enforcement of the rules in the pool area. For example, the rules require you to use an inner tube when in the lazy river, but many kids were not doing that, which made it difficult for those of us who were using them, to relax. And many children were swimming in the pool areas unsupervised. But I would definitely stay there again. The location was great, and the staff was very friendly.
