I've stayed at this hotel a few times and always have a good stay. This hotel includes many amenities for a reasonable price and is right off of I 26 and not far from the Tanger Outlet Mall. Chloris who works at the front desk does an excellent job to make sure my stay is comfortable.

This was the cleaniest place I have stayed. The room was very nice and everything worked well. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the desk clerk, Dasiree. She was always friendly and quick to get anything we asked for. The breakfast was good and we left full every morning.The hotel was real convenient to I-26 and the downtown Charleston area.

This is a very clean hotel with a helpful staff but the walls are paper thin and you can hear people talking in a normal voice in the next room.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The king room we stayed in didn't have a bathtub, but the large walk-in shower was very nice. Our room was not made-up when we returned from sightseeing the first day and when I called the front desk they told me there was a 'Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, which kept housekeeping from doing their job. There wasn't any sign on the door. Housekeeping was ready to clean the room before we left for the day but we told them we'd be out in 5 minutes so they said they'd be back. They weren't. A front desk employee brought up clean towels and asked us if we wanted new sheets but we declined. Every question we had, the front desk answered, except why our key cards suddenly stopped working. I would have appreciated a "sorry for the inconvenience" comment. The breakfast is a little lean in selection--no fresh fruit on the 3 days we ate it, an inconvenient location for the waffles, but hot sausage and eggs every morning were a plus.
