2 night stay. Checked in 1 hour early. Room was ready. Staff was incredible. We were in our room about 15 minutes and the front desk called the room to see if everything was OK and ask if we needed anything. Room was clean and decorated nicely. All the staff was very freindly. They helped us with directions, maps. They had warm cookies in the lobby in the afternoon & evenings. Breakfast was very GOOD. Plenty to chose from. Location is well lit. My daughter & I were there alone we never felt unsafe. We came in late both evenings and did not have any concerns. Is close to highway exit but outside noise was not an issue. My only discomfort was that the pillows were to soft next time I will bring my own. Thanks for a GREAT trip. We will definatly stay here when we are in Charleston next time.

Nice roomy clean hotel in a very good location. Quiet room with all we needed for our nights stay. Good complimentary breakfast.

Good staff, great breakfast (wish I had been hungrier and had more time)

Free Shuttle to AMTRAK and airport was very helpful. Close to numerous restaurants and strip malls along Ashley Phosphate Rd.

Its the nicest Best Western I have stayed at in years...

We got there our room wasn't ready, so they didn't make us wait. They gave us a up-grade for same price. We do belong to there rewards club. Most chains have a reway\rd club. They are worth having. The room was a suite. Clean,large, comfortable beds,bathtub and shower,continental breakfast,swimming pool,fitness cente, business center. Restaurants close by. Would stay there again. also close to airport and has a shuttle.
