The room were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Hotel for one week while I was on training in Charleston. The main reason that I picked this hotel is because of its proximity to the Northwoods Mall (couple of minutes walking distance) and the safe neighbourhood since my family was accompanying me and needed something to do while I was in training during the day. The hotel is very clean, new, comfortable, and safe. They provide free wifi, parking, and laundry machines. The only downside which I was not aware of when I did the reservation online, which is not clear from the website is that they only do house keeping once a week. When we inquired about this to the front desk, they agreed to provide housekeeping in the middle of our visit. This was nice, but not enough since there was me, my wife and three kids in the room and as you might imagine, with the kids, you definitely need more frequent housekeeping. This would be ideal for someone who is staying alone and need some privacy for not for a family of five. Unlike other hotels, they do not provide any kind of breakfast and there is no pool. Considering the circumstances, we received the value for our needs, but otherwise, we could have got a better deal for the price that we paid. The service of the staff is excellent. They are friendly and very nice and would do anything to assist.

Very nice hotel! Only complaint is the walls are a little thin, I could hear conversations of the people in the room next to us. Nice rooms, staff, overall very good experience!

The stay was great everything I needed was there and the service was incredible. I though this kind of service was long gone but I found it and that will keep me coming back for years to come.
