My wife and I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn because it was close to both the rail station and airport. Both the customer service and the quality of the room was superb. This is the third Holiday Inn I have stayed in in four months. Each one of them had greatattreses, clean rod and well trained responsive staffs. However , at this Inn and at Martinsburg,Va. The quality of the food was disappointing. Both had a breakfast plan for ten dollars extra. The promotion indicated a hot breakfast buffet. At Charleston they did not have a buffet and the waitress seemed confused about the plan . Holiday Inn is noted for this breakfast service. If they cannot do it right they should get out of the food business.

Thank you very much for the feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the Award-Winning quality and service our hotel offers, but we are disappointed in your experience in our Indigo Restaurant and Lounge. Our restaurant traditionally has a hot breakfast buffet, complete with continental items, in addition to our menu. During time periods with low occupancy we only offer our cooked-to-order menu items to eliminate waste and to ensure hot, fresh, quality food . This should not have come as an inconvenience to you and we sincerely apologize for that. Please contact Marcus Rogers, General Manager of our hotel, to discuss a resolution to your concern. 843-576-0300.
