The hotel staff was rude. There would always be some error in billing. I would be overcharged and then I had to go and get it corrected.
Fridge in room wouldn't work. Bad air conditioning as well as unclean pool..
Never again.

Short and sweet review: the room was tiny, service was rude, and minimal. When time I needed to go to the desk about fixing the bathroom door handle that fell off, and for a rew extra pillows, i was waiting for half an hour each time. Room was not clean because I found a pair of dirty old slippers under the bed... I've stayed at the hotel across the street from this one, and it was exponentally better!!! don't let the lobby fool you

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Fairfield. The room was clean, the staff almost always greeted us and the breakfast employee was great! They were very helpful when we had to cancel at Christmas time because our flight was cancelled.

Fairfield Inn & Suites is an aweosme place to stay. Me, and a couple of my girlfriends visited the Charleston area for the first time. The FFI&S is located about 20min outside of the historic district, but WORTH the drive. This hotel has the friendliest employees I have ever encountered. From Check In to Check Out, they were all so very helpful. THey just has rennovations as well--making the inside new and bright. I loved the continental breakfast they offered, and the breakfast attendant was so cheerful and pleasant. The wireless internet was helpful as well/ I forgot my laptop charger at home, but they had a business center where I could check my email and print out directions. I would definitely recommend this to everyone visiting the Charleston area! The other hotels off of the same exit really have to watch out for this one! I WILL stay again! Great Job Everyone!!!!!
