I recently stayed for work at this hotel. It was wonderful, every staff member from front desk, to maintenence, to housekeeping and beyond was extremely nice, they always greeted me with a smile and a good morning/afternoon or whatever time of day it was. When my stay got extended by my job, it was very simple to get a new reservation and check Back in. The room was spacious and met my needs, all except more outlets or better access to outlets would be an improvement to the room I was in.. otherwise it was a very comfortable stay. I will be staying again this next week, again for business. And I look forward to using this hotel or sister properties in the future!!!

The hotel staff was rude. There would always be some error in billing. I would be overcharged and then I had to go and get it corrected.
Fridge in room wouldn't work. Bad air conditioning as well as unclean pool..
Never again.

Short and sweet review: the room was tiny, service was rude, and minimal. When time I needed to go to the desk about fixing the bathroom door handle that fell off, and for a rew extra pillows, i was waiting for half an hour each time. Room was not clean because I found a pair of dirty old slippers under the bed... I've stayed at the hotel across the street from this one, and it was exponentally better!!! don't let the lobby fool you

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Fairfield. The room was clean, the staff almost always greeted us and the breakfast employee was great! They were very helpful when we had to cancel at Christmas time because our flight was cancelled.
