I like the comforts of home in this hotel, There is a kitchenette in the room, you can cook your own breakfast if you want to sleep in. The rooms are very clean, and this is my main concern when i stay at a hotel. There is a convient shopping mall less than a mile away. Best price I have seen on a nice room like this.

This hotel is not particularly friendly to families with younger children. Our one year old was barely speaking loudly and the attendant called our room to tell us to quiet him down. I actually wanted to leave after that. Also, the rooms and halls are fragranced with an odor of wet dogs and pet feces. The pool was not properly chlorined, as it relates to health department guidelines. The pool also seemed as if it was not cleaned of trash and debris in weeks. Transients control and reign over this property; Construction workers, landscapers, contractors, etc. It shows and the fact that this establishment lacks class and dignity in that these transients are allowed to drink beer openly, roam the halls loudly, and complain because of the fact that they have to get up earlier than the tourists in order to go to work. As a result , this establishment will side with them and call your room and ask you to keep the noise down in order to accomodate their beloved transients. I'LL NEVER TAKE MY CHILDREN THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm unsure why the there are such rough reviews about this location. It is a no frills place to stay, and really could use updating. However, it has seemed to be a safe, clean and pleasant place to stay. Sometimes we take our elderly dog with us and I have felt ok going outside here late in the evening. The staff (Latisha and another young lady) were really helpful and nice. The rates are reasonable and it's close to shopping and restaurants. Right off the highway, I think about 15-20 min from downtown. I'll go back.

i booked this hotel on the phone since i am familiar with the extended stay america chain. i havent ever stayed at a studio plus before so i called and spoke with the manager who told me these hotels were the new deluxe style properties so i was all excited. i arrive and for starters they didnt even have my reservation. you walk into the lobby and it has some really nice new furniture. the area where you actually check in at isnt very nice. they girl that was working was clueless and im not really sure about the hoochie wear she was allowed to wear and represent the company. well ive learned as a very seasoned traveler to look before you pay if you havent stayed before. so she shows me a very tiny room and i was like no the room i reserved was suposed to have a sleeper sofa and a seperate bedroom so she took me and showed me a room that looked like the 70's had threw up in it and it wasnt a seperate bedroom. at all. and if thats not bad enough. there were lots of transients all over the hotel walking around with open containers of beer. hanging out of windows. they tried to sell me on the new management line too. dont buy that for a minute. i have made numerous attempts to contact the area manager and he has yet to return my phone call. i also called the corporate offices and have not heard from them either. so they are sending a clear message that they dont care what goes on at their properties. the one good thing i can say is the area that the hotel is in is perfect if you like to shop and eat. you can walk to the mall and lots of restaurants. they advertise a pool good luck with that.
