This was a decent motel for the price. You have to be ok with absolutely no atmosphere and a motel environment, (room doors open out to the parking lot). The room was fairly clean and large. It had a fridge, which was a really nice ammenity. The bed was comfortable with a lot of pillows. The breakfast was as expected, a little better than continental.

This is, I believe is the nicest La Quinta in Charleston. Why in the world would they offer sheets that were so used. It was hard to sleep on them. We did ask for newer sheets, but were told that they just didn't have any.
Val was my favorite check-in clerk. Wonderful disposition !! Another younger gentleman was extremely friendly. Both of these people added class to this establishment.
Since this is a Sleeping establishment, they should keep up with their sheet standards.
The staff who cleaned our room were friendly and quite exceptional.

This motel is just a dressed up motel 6 with similar clientele. Half of the rooms are filled with construction workers working on the new Boeing plant.

The television didn't work for two days, I found an empty potato chips bag leftover from a previous stay. You have to ask for housekeeping to clean the tub and changed the sheets, vacuum, and make the beds, otherwise, they will only change towels and clean the sink area.

Indifferent desk staff. La Quinta should yank this franchisee.

This La Quinta was dirty, rooms need to be clean more. The carpet was dirty, it wasn't even vacuumed. Our tv didn't work. Overall, not the best La Quinta there is. They definitely need to find better cleaning people.
