I felt like Royalty, I could live here. Very nice manager's receptions. Beautiful hotel. Nice rooms. LOVE the pillows. I feel more comfortable than home!

This is one of our favorite Marriott hotels to stay at. The room was clean and very comfortable. I really appreciate having a full size fridge, stove and an oven(if you stay on the 4th floor). Front desk staff is always warm and caring. Breakfast is above standard. We have been coming here for a few years and yes, there are a few areas that are worn, but it really didn't affect our overall stay. I like the convienence to shopping (Wal-Mart, Sam's Club and outlets) and there are plenty of eateries in the area.

The hotel is located really just over the bridge from downtown and although we rented a car they have a shuttle that I believe runs on the half hour or maybe with even greater frequency. We had a suite which was quite comfortable and clean. Each room had its flat screen, though the reception was a bit fuzzy on certain channels. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was crowded so get there early and skip the turkey canadian bacon if they have out, a bit rubbery and not too tasty. The workout room had two treadmills, and elliptical machine, a recumbent bike, and some weights. The room was a bit small but well kept. I was impressed that they had a heated salt water pool even though I did not use it. Over all it is what you expect from a Residence Inn and it is greatly helped by the great location.

I read several of the reviews prior to my trip and honestly didn't know if I had made a good decision to book here . Although upon arrival I was delighted to find a clean, up to date , and really nice place . I was warmly greeted by the staff who remained pleasant throughout my stay . The "dingy" carpet I had read about on other reviews was replaced with ornate ceramic tile on the entire first floor . The " old tv's are now 32 in flat screens by LG . the complimentary breakfasts are always good and the managers reception has full meals and beer and wine are included. They even had Sam Adams in a bottle one night, which was a nice touch . I can rate this hotel highly . The only gripe I had was that the shuttle would go downtown . It was only for the airport , but that is a small thing compared to everything else that was positive about my stay.
