The hotel blue was a very nice hotel the rooms were clean the only thing was oceanveiw room .

Room was very clean .bed was perfect the best one i ever slept in at any hotel at the beach.i have stayed at several .my room was very clean.we had a king suite on 5th fl.we had all the towels we needed and more .i never once had to ask for nothing .which was unlike all other hotels i have stayed at before.the desk help was wonderful .i agree it does need upgraded in all areas.we loved the swim up pool bar only thing it closes to early seems like at night would be more fun and more money to make.the parking was to small but close to the room. balcony was dirty cigarette butts at non smoking room .bath tub was not so clean but i always do my own cleaning anyway. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel was fun for a group of friends here for the first time.

My family stayed at this hotel Dec.30- Jan 2. We stay in room 326, This is an ocean view efficiency. We had one room with 2 double beds and a balcony, a full kitchen (with utensils) and a second room with a small love seat and a murphy bed and a balcony. All rooms were clean. The only problems with the room were: 1.) The 2 double beds were VERY FIRM. We ended up sleeping on the murphy bed it was much better. 2.) The love seat had some stains and a few burns on the arm rest. easy fix...we threw on of the bed covers over it. 3.) vanity in bath was very small.

my views of the hotel: as we have stayed here in the past (summer) my kids loved the outdoor pool, but as this is not heated, we did not use it this time. Instead they played in the indoor hot tub & the indoor lazy river, both were heated (WELL HEATED !) The Front desk staff, Housekeeping, Maintance (one TV was not getting a signal when we 1st arrived, came immediately to fix) were all very nice.

As we were in the hotel on New Years Eve...it was very entertaining, when right before midnight, guest in our hotel and guest from the hotel next door started gathering on balconies and hooting & hollering "Happy New Year" & counting down the year...I really thought this was very safe and fun way to celebrate without being out and on the road with those drinking in the new year. UNFORTUNATLY, security comes out from our hotel and starts to threaten guests with removal from the hotel if they don't go back into the rooms and quite down,as it was already about 12:20 and was starting to wind down . His comments were not needed. Thanks for the 'wet blanket" on New Years...

Overall: We WILL stay again.
