This hotel is pretty ok. Our room was clean. There were issues in the bathroom. The shower had no waterpressure and very little hot water. The toilet kept backing up. We called the front desk on the first night, asking for a better plunger (maintanence was off as it was Thanksgiving Day). I went down to the desk and got it. At 10:47 that night, they called up to my room asking for it. We had traveled all day, we were all asleep by that point. We took it back down to them the next morning.

With those exceptions, it was a good time. My kids loved the indoor pool! It was nice and warm, even when it was cold outside..

We would visit again, maybe.

Have stayed here several times and have great experiences every time. Condos are individually owned so always stay in #1201 or 401... Both have been extensively updated (kitchen, baths, etc), clean and comfortable

We too were skeptical, the condos were a little dated but all in all it was pretty nice.
I especially liked leaving the sliding door to the bedroom balcony open so I could listen to the ocean at night, excellent sleep. If there was anything to play down it would be the "3rd bedroom" really not much more than a closet with 2 twin beds. The master and 2nd bedroom were both of good size and very comfortable.
It's a good location for activities and dining. Several places were within walking distance.

My mother went to pull herself up in the tub and the hand rail in the tub fell and she fell and bumped her head on the tub and i told the person that was at the desk tuesday 10/18/2011 that she fell in the tub because the hand rail fell with her he did not do nothing the maids was nice the maintenance was rude and mean to my family my mother still has a not on her had and a headache from her bumping her head from where she fell they never did come and check on her she has health problems, just put it this way it was the palms resort i will never stay there again they need to give me half my money back or all of it for the problems i had with everything i went through there with the maintnence and momma getting hurt. And they dont care if you get hurt they will not come and check on you if you get hurt they will wait till the next day to tell someone and when the next day comes they never did tell any one that someone got hurt, so if you want to stay there dont i do not recon-mend know one to stay there they dont care for there customers if they get hurt. Hotel Blue is the best hotel i stayed in so i recon-mend anyone to stay there not Palms Resort
