My daughter were in town to tour the local University (roughly 25 minutes away). We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit that was on the top floor. It was very clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. There are 3 very fast elevators centrally located in the lobby, which was nice since we were staying on the top floor (penthouse level, 13th floor). We had a minor A/C issue but once I called the front desk, a maintenance worker was there within 5 minutes and promptly fixed the problem. He even came back later to make sure the issue was still resolved. The pool are was very nice, especially the indoor area (it was a little too cool to enjoy the outdoor pool).
We had a very refreshing stay in a wonderful hotel that made us feel welcome. We are looking forward to a return trip!

Five star resort at a reasonable price. On your arrival you will be amazed at the location, size of rooms and the hospitality. Island vista is location my wife and I will frequent.

We stayed for a week in the 3 bedroom oceanfront condo and had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious and had a very nice balcony and ocean view. the only thing i could complain about was the parking, it was onsite which was good, but the garage is low and small so its hard to maneuver an suv in.

We are locals in Myrtle Beach and we visit quite a few different Hotels just for the pools, the pools were not heated as it stated and the pools broke my husband and son out in a rash and welts. I personally would not recommend this Hotel to my family who come to town to visit or to anyone in that matter. It took the management team more trhan week to get back on touch with me after I had called on 4 different times to get a phone call in return.
