The condos here were awesome. We enjoyed the staff and how helpful they were. The on site restaraunt was great in the mornings for having breakfast and enjoying a cup of coffee. The pools were sparkling clean and the lazy river is great for older folks too. We especially like the fact we can park in the garage and walk straight into the room. Hotel is within walking distance of restaraunts and other attractions like parasailing,jet skis, and fishing.

Had been staying in the hotel part since before condos opened. Always clean and a great value. Now we stay in the condos at least twice a year. Management and staff have always been great and make sure every need is taken care of. It says alot about a place when they take time to learn people by name and can recognize your voice on the phone when you call to book a condo. Staff also sells tickets to all the main shows in the area at a discount price, which to me is a plus. No standing in lines. Rooms and condos are always clean with daily maid service. One bedroom condo has two queen beds and a pull down bed in the living room. Four pools on site with two indoor and indoor lazy river, which is nice even when bad weather or visiting during winter months. Parking is also great, when staying in condos you can park on the same floor as condo and if your wife brings as much as mine this feature is a bonus. Easy to unload and load car and no elevator is needed. Location is wonderful with easy driving distance to store and walking distance down the beach to para sailing and jet skis. Also walking distance to par three golf. Reastaurant on site with awesome breakfast buffet and daily lunch specials. Highly recommend this place. For the money you cannot go wrong.

My wife and I have stayed here two years in a row now. We love Holiday Sands. For the price we paid, for which we did book early, it is awesome! The room was clean, the staff has always been prompt and hospitable! The grounds are always clean and staff is always visibily working. There is several pools, a lazy river, kiddie pools, Discount show tickets at the front desk and much more! The restaraunt on the bootom floor has an ocean view, cheap prices, and excellent food. Absolutely no complaints from me, Loved it!

We stayed in the condo's at south beach room 611 a 2 bedroom ocean front with a ocean view balcony in the rear bed room. big bathroom in the master nice size in the rear bedroom 1 king, 2 queens and a queen sofa bed. 46" flat screen every thing you need in the kitchen.............and parking !!! ......drove up the the 6 deck got out walked thru 2 door and was in the condo...........could not ask for more + had a excellent cheep breakfast and lunch at the holiday sands resturant next door on the 1 floor. Friendy staff............. great location ..................we will be back 100%
