My husband, son, and son's friend and I stayed at Coral Beach in August 2011. Last time I stayed here was in December 2009. What a big difference! Checking in took AN HOUR because so many other people were checking out. Spotting a handicapped parking space in front of the office became our daily game - but there were only a couple of times we couldn't park in that area (there is an attached, covered garage though). Sure, the hotel could use a spruce-up, but you can't beat the value. There are almost a dozen pools/hot tubs/kids' areas to choose from. There is a general store, and a bowling alley/game room. Several air-hockey and pool tables are scattered around this area and great snack food is served. The breakfast here is awesome!!! Tons of hot and cold food. It costs $10 for an adult, but if you're hungry, it's worth every penny (and then some). The hotel is very close to Boardwalk at the Beach, but NOT on the new beach-front boardwalk. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and I will be making my 2012 reservations very soon!
