The Whited Inn truly became our "home away from home" during our winter vacation in Myrtle Beach. Our suite was newly decorated and furnished and provided us with every comfort we wanted. Since I have Celiac Disease, which demands an extremely restricted diet, having our own kitchen facilities was a must. Having a dishwasher was a real plus. Our hosts, Edna and Ray Whited, became friends during our stay and we keep in touch. Edna is an expert on shells and bone fragments found beachcombing and she spent hours showing me documentation of my treasures as well as her own extensive collection. We felt like we were living in our own place, surrounded by friends. We would strongly recommend anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, affordable place, to check out the Whited Inn.

The Whited Inn was a very nice place to get away to. Ray & Edna Whited (owners) Are very nice people. they created a family oriented place. Rooms are clean and relaxing. This was our second year with the Whited Inn. And we've enjoyed every year there. If you're looking for a family oriented place. This is it!!! My hat is off the the Whiteds for the tremendous job and hard work they put in to make staying there a comfort. Hopefully they will continue to bring satisfaction to the vistors to Myrtle beach. I took my two grandsons age 9 and 7 on vacation during their spring break. It was their first trip to beach. I have two small dogs also that I have to bring with me due to their age and health. There was an excellent spot right next to Inn where I was able to walk the dogs (just steps from our room). Very convenient. The efficiency was very clean and comfortable and Mr and Mrs Whited were so friendly and helpful. There was a pool on site and two grills just steps from our door. I could not have asked for much more. Excellent. I will be back.

When my family and I arrived, it was later then exspected, but Mrs. Whited had stayed late and waited. We reserved one room, but when she seen how large my family really was, she let us have an ajoining room for nothing. That is what you call people that still have compasion and caring. We had a wonderful time and plan on staying there again this year for our vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
