My cousin and I visited the Beverly and were less than satisfied with the results. Online it appears to be a clean, safe hotel. We ended up leaving our vacation early due to numerous issues with the hotel. For starters the rooms were filthy and there was a 1/2" gap under our door from our room leading to the outside. Three nights in a row we had a group of older men banging on our door in the middle of the night, so we did not feel safe. The office workers we dealt with were less than concerned with our issues so we checked out early and will never be returning to this dump! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Go elsewhere! There are other budget hotels that are nicer and SAFER than this!

me and my husband traveled to the beach for a weekend gettaway spure of the moment we were checking rates at room as we were on a budget this time so we got us a room at the beverly this was a huge mistake on our part the room smelled had to hook up the cable for the tv but we had to leave at 1:30 in the morning because there was a shoot out right on the street behind motel wasnt 5 mionute and the police were there looking for bullet shells and had 1 person in custody my husband had spoke to the officer well we asked to get part of our money back and the owner refused to do so he said it was only firecrakers duh police one person in custody the room was nasty i would not recommend this place to anyone i do recommend the carnivalmotor inn where we normaly stay ocean front and the value is great and very nice they need to tear the beverly down demolish it!

My son and his friends stayed last year during Senior Week at this "motel" and I am being too nice by calling it that and the reason why I chose this place was that they accepted seniors that were 17 & up and the price was very reasonable so I THOUGHT!!!!!! I spoke with a younger individual which he called himself the manager and he gave me the price with tax so that the boys would know how much to pay individually, well my son said that there was a old man there with a totally different price and he called me, well needless to say my son and his friends had to pay what the "too old to work anywhere" man had given them, which was very unproffessional....... This isn't it. I was told that there would be a three room suite with two bedrooms and sitting area with kitchen, no, no. They were placed in a big room with 3 beds on each wall with a little table and a kitchenette. The tv exploded, they had to buy toilet paper, the stove didn't work and the air shut off. My son is not picky and neither are his friends but they told me that they didn't ever want to stay there again........ The Beverly needs to be demolished and possibly put a restaurant where it stands. Just looking at it would run me away but I figured young guys wouldn't care where they stayed as long as they got to party, this wasn't the case.

Me and my family stayed here the 17 and 19 of july,Called the day before and the owner said he would let us have 3 beds with kitchen for 85.99 nite ,when we got there was a very sweet old man and i told him the owner said we could get it for that price and he said it was fine.So the next day the owner came and said he did not tell me that and got very load with me!Very mean!well the room had no phone,holes in the walls,writing on the walls,never got maid service,Had to get our own towels!the fridge was coolin rite,and the burners on the stove kept fallin thru so we couldnt cook!oh ya and lets dont forget the mantiance man he was the meanist man on earth very rude!the nite security guy was bout the nicest one there!!We wanted to stay another nite so we found a better and cheaper place 4 motels up!and the dtaff was so helpful and sweet and we will go back there again!!but beverly motel will never get our money again!!!!!
