Was not told how old the motel was ocean front view balcony but i am middle aged and have bad knees four flights up on stairs no elevators , Hotel is not up to fire safety code no sprinklers in room. Shower was broke the entire time we stayed m man said could not get part to fix it what little water you got from shower you either freeze or burn no apology or refund for shower ,pool not clean is close to ocean , continental breakfast not very good . 161 a night for a room that should have been 25 dollars if that . Motel must have been built in early 70's. Frig did not work did not try microwave ,tv did work , Should have insisted on a refund.

Older motel still pretty good for the price, free breakfast is good, free coffee in room.

WiFi is terrible. Rooms do have microwave and fridge.

Very close to beach, adequate parking.

Staff very friendly.

me , my husb,brother and his wife where there aug, 19, 20, 21 , and left on sun 22. We had a great time, the rooms where clean everyone was friendly, WE WILL BE BACK !

This is the second review I've have written for this hotel. I have been staying with my family (husband and two sons now 16 and 18) for 7 years straight. Very affordable, we like to use our extra money to do more things and visit more attractions. We dont spend a lot of time in our room so its perfect. Basic, but VERY clean. Pool is kept clean, staff is nice. Have always been allowed to check in at least an hour early. You dont have to cross the street to get access to the beach, you literally step from the parking lot to the sand. Great locations close enough to attractions but you don't have to put up with the traffic and the partying you get with the main strand. I would recommend to anyone. Never had any issues at this hotel and will be back again next year.
