“Nasty would be an understatement”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 September 2010

I have never been so disguisted in my life with a motel. When we pulled up there are people living here. Not a good crowd of people. Rate is cheap, but you will walk away with bugs or something. I wouldn't leave my 20 year old son here nor would I stay. The pictures they have on their site is of their sign, but the motel picture is of another motel across the street. I would worry about drugs and other things at this location. No I didn't see that activity, but the crowd sure looked it. My son even commented on never seeing such skaggy looking women. Please don't stay -- we left. On a scale of 1 to 10 this motel is negative numbers all the way.

Me and my wife recently went to myrtle beach on vacation we stayed at the econo lodge to start off with and decided to stay another night and our hotel had no vacantcy for that night. so we went looking at hotels we came to this one and they had a ocean front rooms for $50 a night which seemed like a good deal for us. so we got the room and on the way up to the second floor the stairway and hallways smelled like someone had took a crap in the hallways when we walked into the room there was a DEAD COCKROACH on the refridgerator, the air conditioning didnt work the room was about 100+ deg. went to the bathroom and there was poop still in the toilet and trash left in all the trash cans. when we was checking in the lady told us we had to take our trash out and clean our room before we left b/c they didnt have housekeeping the room smelled like mold and poop. it was the nastiest hotel i have ever been to in my life. we went to the front dest and told them we wanted a refund and told the,m everything about it and they said that they would go clean it up and we demaded a refund. they started cussing us and finally give us a refund but kept our deposite. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO EVER STAY THERE EVEN if ur on a tite budget or are just wanting a place to party

“I was extremely desperate”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 February 2010

On a very last minute whim - like the day before my birthday - we decided to go to the beach for my birthday weekend. Normally the beach is packed but there are still rooms at the more upscale and expensive hotels. Well, I did not know that it was also fathers day. We literally parked the car and walked from place to place to place for almost an hour trying to find a room. We came upon this hotel and they had three rooms left. Of course. First - it was a huge party hotel and it was obviously all drunk kids from college. Second, there was no air conditioning. In June. In Myrtle Beach. Thirdly, the air conditioner had leaked before it went out and the rugs were COVERED in mold. Blatant mold. He let us look at all three rooms so we could choose and two of them were so bad, he sprayed air disinfectant before we went in. We finally choose the room on the third floor - despite it being 100+ degrees - because we were exhausted, it was cheap, and we were tired. I fell asleep in the shower with the cold water running. We came in from the beach at 1, and checked out at 5 to see the sunrise. It was the worst hotel I have every stayed in, and top 10 for worst 4 hours of my life.

Even if you are a college kid and want to party - you wouldnt want to stay here. Who wants to try and get laid in a moldy, smelly, SUPER HOT room?

“OMG, Don't do it”

If you are looking to party, this is the place for you. If you are going with your family, this is NOT the place. I started making a list when I entered the hotel and saw 3 huge dead cockroaches. No remote control, mildew stains on spread, broken chairs in room, no shampoo/conditioner in room, light bulb missing, found pill bottle in room, no ice bucket, no drink machines, holes in walls, fridge not cold, water would not get hot in bathroom sink, OMG, I just would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The best part was the view, but the ceiling on the balcony looked as if it would cave in at any minute.

“Horrible Business”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 July 2009

We did not enjoy our stay there. It smelled awful. It was not clean. The bathroom door didn't close. The refrigerator didn't work well. We had horrible service, especially from the supervisor. He had a horrible attitude. There were too many people smoking pot and you could smell it everywhere you walked. There was trash laying everywhere. We will not stay there again.
