I stayed at the Sandcastle back in Dec. 2011 and also in Jan this month.Both of my stayes were wonderful and could not have been better!Rob the front desk mananger was super to deal with and Superhelpful!!!!!!The room was perfect and very clean!Hot tub and pool was great!Excellent breakfast.all of the staff are very helpful and do a great job!Great veiws and location!I work for the VA hospital in Charleston and we service one of our clinics on the old Airbase and will be staying with you again in the future.I also told 3 of my co-workers and they stayed with you also!everone had a great stay.You and your entire staff are to be commended for you excellent service and attitude! We have been traveling to Myrtle Beach for many years. We own a timeshare in Surfside Beach a mile from the ocean.
We have spent a great deal of time looking at many different hotels. Our biggest requirements are an ocean front view, comfortable, clean accommodations, and accessibility to our favorite restaurants and golf courses. Each year we have ended up booking the Sandcastle, because it fills all of these expectations and more. We have a view of the ocean, with the spectacular sunrises and sunsets, and an occasional siting of dolphins swimming right off the beach.
The staff is exceptional. The front desk personnel are always polite and professional, allowing us an early check-in, if possible, or taking our cell phone number to let us know when our room is available.
Last November, when we checked in, the remote for the TV was not working, and the Maintenance man was there in five minutes,(I regret I did not get his name.)When he couldn't get the remote to work, he said he would replace the TV. When we returned from our day of fun, we were delighted to find a brand new flat screen TV in the living room. The Room Attendants have always done a great job. We have enjoyed the indoor and outdoor (heated) pools.

We Have stayed at SandCastle for several years now.Our last trip in Dec.was great. The staff were so nice and polite.The room was warm and cozy. The hot tub was great. Everything was kept clean.We are planning to come back sometime 2012. I also recommended sandcastle to my sister and her family so maybe we will all be coming for a beach vacation soon.Thanks again for your hospitality. Tammy and Roy Hudgens.

Our last visit was awesome. Everything a person needs is right there, restaurant, lounge, swimming pools, hot tubs, and laundry. But most of all the personal attention of the General Manager, Rusty Lowery and his staff. The rooms are ocean front and the rates are good.
I forward to my next visit.
