My Family and I stayed for a three night weekend in Nov. 2011. Camelot By the Sea never disappoints us. We visit this resort 3-4 times a year and have always had a great experience. The staff is very courteous, extremely efficient, and are a great asset to the resort. All of the rooms at the resort are oceanfront and have great views. I do recommend a room above due to the noise from the parking garage that is attached to the resort, this is rare for Myrtle Beach Hotels. We like to stay in the 1 bedroom condos. They have to queen size beds and a queen sized sofa sleeper, a good size bathroom, full size kitchen with range, refrigerator, and microwave, and a oceanfront living room. The housekeeping does a great job at keeping the rooms clean and towels stocked daily. The resort has many onsite amenities including a indoor & outdoor pools, indoor lazy river, indoor & outdoor spa, indoor and outdoor children's pool. Also they have a small arcade that my nephew really enjoys. The location is perfect area downtown Myrtle Beach with lots of restaurants, stores, and attractions (including the new Boardwalk) within walking distance. We really enjoy eating at Lulu's Cafe across the street, they have great Burgers and a excellent breakfast. I would recommend Camelot By the Seas to anyone wanting to visit Myrtle Beach.
