We stayed at the Admiral Inn this past Fall. The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and housing went the extra mile. They always asked if we needed anything each morning. Joe and Teresa that manage the motel are so nice. Joe was cleaning the pool every morning. It was kept clean each day. The motel was close to the rides The new boardwalk is great. We has a wonderful time there. Have made future plans to stay there very soon. We reccomend to all.

I have stayed here 4 times now: {June,2009} {October,2009} {October,2010} and {Sept.October,2011}.This is the cleanest, well kept Motel, that I have ever stayed in! It has a nice Swimming Pool, and the most convienant access, to the new Boardwalk, in all of Myrtle Beach, SC. Right next door to the 2nd Ave. Fishing Pier, and resturant. If you like to fish in the Ocean, then this is the place for you! Housekeeping cleans your room daily and keeps clean towels and linens as needed. The Myrtle Beach Bicycle Police, Patrols the Boardwalk day and night, for your protection, and Safety. Also you have access to the indoor pool, next door at the Windsurfer. The rain don't stop you from going swimming when you stay here! If you like lying out in the sun, the Beach is only a few steps away. If you're one who don't like sand, you can sunbath at the pool, or in the back yard,of the Windsurfer, on thier lawnchairs. If you like riding Bicycles, you can bring one along, and ride on the Boardwalk, or out in the new bike lanes out front of the Motel, on Ocean Blvd. The managers: Joe and Teresa, make you feel at home with thier warm hospitality. However, this place isn't for everybody. It is family oriented, and a nice place to bring you kids, and grandbabys. If you are under 25 years old and love wild partys, and big crowds, then this is not the place. The Owner and the management do not tolerate it! Nither will the Boardwalk Police! Or if you expect the luxuries of a $200.00 per night Resort, in a $90.00 per night Motel, you just as well move on. Because the wonderfull atmosphere you get at the Admiral Inn, cannot be bought with a price! Even the maids here are excellent. I just love Lorna and Crystal both. Very nice ladies! So whether you are rich or poor, if you like a good clean, affordable, down to earth, friendly, well deciplined atmosphere, where you would feel safe to take your grandchildren to, then I would reccomend this place very highly! Love the location and ambience. Have met so many nice people who return same time we do each vacation. Absolutely adore management (Joe & Teresa). They go out of their way to make clients comfortable and happy. Maid service is excellent (we love Lorna and just met Crystal, who is great). We look forward to many more happy times and great experiences at Admiral Inn. We hope Joe & Teresa will be around for a long time, along with Lorna & Crystal.

Clean,clean,clean. We had 2 New queen beds, in an ocean/boardwalk front room for $40, a night, no upcharge for the weekend either. The linens are new, the towels of ample size. Oh did I mention the price was for an efficiency? We really enjoyed our stay, and put the savings to good use on dining and wine! The owners are great and very helpful. There is a small pool for the kiddies, and it too was very clean. You also get the use of pools etc. at a couple of highrises near by. Come Enjoy!!
