Very nice Hotel and they an excellent staff!! Very nice updated rooms! And the entire property is nice

Oceanfront living cant be better than this. The suites are well furnished and the view is simply awesome not only from the living room and the bedroom but also the bathroom. You can actually get a full ocean view while taking a shower.
The food is good. I always prefer room service which they have. They dont have it for the breakfast though. You need to go down to the breakfast buffet.
The pool is a decent size and they also have a tiny one for smaller kids.

We really enjoyed our visit to this hotel resort. The reason why I say hotel resort is because not only can you stay in the main hotel, you can stay in the condos, also! Initially, we were booked for the hotel, but I asked for an upgrade. The reason I did this was because when I received my hotel confirmation email, there was a notation at the end of the email that said that I could upgrade for a nominal fee - $29. I thought that was reasonable, so I made a note to do this when I checked in. Not only did I ask and receive an upgrade, the upgrade was done for no additional cost!! Maybe this was done because I am a Hilton honors member...IDK, but I really received a great UPGRADE!!
My family and I stayed in the South Hampton (condos). The view of the ocean was outstanding! The customer service was spectacular!!! Our spacious suite with full kitchen, washer and dryer, two full bathrooms, walk-in spa shower, four double beds, three flat screen televisions, fold-out sofa bed and condo-length balcony was awesome! We had more than enough room for everyone!
Although, the hotel was under construction (due to be finished by the end of January), we did not notice. Everything went smoothly.
NOTE: The complimentary breakfast is only for people who stay in the hotel, not the condos. If you use a debit card to hold your reservation and you are going to use cash for the actual transaction, make sure to ask the customer service agent to take your debit card number out of the system; you will be double charged. This happened to me, but the manager on duty corrected it within 24 hours.

We recently attended a large conference at the Kingston Plantation and, even though parts of the Embassy Suites are under renovation, it was a famtastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely incredible. They were very helpful, friendly and always there when you had a question. To listen to the ocean all night long was the most relaxing part of the trip. I highly recommend this facility and the staff.
