We recently attended a large conference at the Kingston Plantation and, even though parts of the Embassy Suites are under renovation, it was a famtastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely incredible. They were very helpful, friendly and always there when you had a question. To listen to the ocean all night long was the most relaxing part of the trip. I highly recommend this facility and the staff.

Travel was for relaxation. Hotel is undergoing renovations so a little annoying getting in and finding the elevators. Hotel suite was nice. My room had been renovated so the upgrades were quite nice. The breakfast area was under construction, so breakfast was served in one of the ballrooms. There was a discrepancy in breakfast hours. The book in the room says breakfast is over at 10 am, but the staff said breakfast was over at 9:30, so the first day we really missed breakfast. We arrived at 9:45, but they had already begun to break the area down. Room was clean and cozy. With an ocean front bedroom view and an ocean view from the living area. Overall great stay. I will stay here again. Awesome place for couples or families.

The renovation was a bit inconvenient, but the room and view were superb. Breakfast was excellent and Supervisor Phyllis started our day with some laughs. She even made our 21 year old son smile!

Stayed here twice on visits to Myrtle and had good experiences. Had an ocean view room which provided us with a nice scenic wake-up call. I was not expecting such a good experience from an Embassy Suites but I was pleasantly surprised. They had an evening cocktail reception each night which got us started off right before heading out to dinner and then our following entertainment.
