We had a couple of glitches with check-in and housekeeping, but I want everyone to know by this review that Hampton Inn fully stands by their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our room was comfortable, had fantastic climate control, and the beds were great. We left a comment card and Mr. Tilden, the general manager, called me personally to discuss our concerns. He refunded our entire stay...we didn't ask, he offered! I have always stayed at Hampton Inns because they are reliably clean and comfortable. After this experience, I will never stay anywhere else. Do not be afraid to stay at this hotel, they will take care of you. It was also in a beautiful, shady location.

Thank you very much for your review on Trip Advisor. I remember you and your situation very well. Although I regret that it occured, I am very happy that we were able to "bounce back" and show you how seriously we take customer service at the Hampton Inn Northwood! We look forward to being of service again in the future to you and your family!
