We reserved this hotel because we brought a dog. The price was extremely reasonable, so I didnt expect much. But I was very pleasantly surprised. The room we were given was spacious and very clean. We were on the first floor which is standard for guests with dogs. The beds were very comfortable. I wish there was a fan/vent in the bathroom, but other than that it was fine. There is a large grassy area outside to walk your dog. There were 2 boxes with poop bags to use.
The breakfast was ok. The only hot selection was waffles, unless you count toast too. The tables were clean. There were cold hard boiled eggs for protein. The coffee was fine. For the price we didnt expect anything more.
Overall a nice stay and would stay there again, even if we didnt bring the dog.

We stay at the La Quinta across from the Palace theatre for 1 night prior too our departing from the airport which is about 2-3 miles away and a $15 taxi ride. The hotel let you leave your car in their lot and we would be away for 8 days so the cost was about a wash.

The La Quinta was clean, but not spotless, dust had gathered at the base of the wall where the vacums would not get leaving a very discolored rug. everythjing else was visably good however. the bathrooms was clean and nicely sized and configured. a large flatscreen tv with ample stations and HD provided and excellent picture.

We left too early for breakfast but the on duty attendent did let us go in and get a bagel and coffee prior to official opening and this was excellent service. i would not hestitate to stay there if the price was right, as it was in Early December.

The location is in walking distance to Broadway at the Beach and the Palace theatre although you have to cross a busy street and walk several hundred yards.

From the outside it looks nice, the lobby is also clean and fresh, the rooms have new carpet and comfortable bedding, it offers wireless interent and continental breakfast and is close to the airport which is what we wanted. We stayed one night and wanted close proximity to the airport and Broadway at the Beach. We asked for a quiet room away from noise as we had an early flight the next day. We checked in early in the day and were given a second floor room in the back of the building..boy we were hoodwinked...we had young men partying next to us and trashing the room from around 9:00 pm until midnight, we had to call the front desk twice, they left temporarily, only to reappear around 3:00 am, loud, obnoxious and slamming doors. We felt the front desk did not do enough to resolve the issue, I was hoping they would summon the local police but no such luck. I will never stay in this hotel again, irregardless of the fact it is reasonably priced and centrally located.

I am sitting in my room at the la Quinta feeling nothing but disgust. The carpets are horribly stained, the sheets on beds are stained with pen and other blotches of various colors. The windows and doors are flithy and there has been large amounts of trash (cups, bag of cheetos, napkins) decorating every potted plant in the hallways for 2 days now. The there are dogs everywhere, the gardens surrounding the building are filled with dog poop. Puddles of dog pee on the carpets. People smoke in the hallways. The only thing going for this place is its location.
