My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The refrigerator and microwave in our room probably needs to be updated. The breakfast area needs to be enlarged but food was hot and good! However even with that said our room was clean and our beds were comfortable and bug free. We left a previous resort in the middle of the night due to bed bug infestation and when we arrived at Quality Inn the receptionist was more than willing to accommodate. I've read some of the reviews up here and I agree it could be a little updated but all in all the price was reasonable and the room was nice. I would return here anytime.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for the years. It is a nice hotel to stay at. It isnt ocean front however it is across the street. Beach access right across the road. Staff is always nice. Pool was nice however kinda cold. Kids didnt mind though.... Room was nice and have gotten better over the years. Keep up the work you guys.

My name is Paige Butcher, I am from Charleston WV. I stayed at the Quality Inn on June 6,2010 with my sister. This trip ended as a nightmare!!!! My car which was registered with
the hotel was towed from the lot along with three other guest that I am aware of. Hotel management was indifferent to the sitiuation. Had to have money wired to get home. Motel and towing company must make good money for this. Higher rates at another hotel would have been cheaper in the long run.

customer service was a joke at check in. They tried to charge me for a pre-paid room. Other than that, the hotel was quiet, great location, the pool was clean. Our door to the room had some issues closing but nothing big. really enjoyed our stay.
