For our last 3 vacations, we have stayed at this hotel and never had any issues at all. The amenties included are well worth the price. Customer service is always pleasant. We arrived well before check-in time and our room was ready and there was no extra cost. Our children love it there. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future.

I have stayed at te hotel before and enjoyed it so much that we returned again. This time I was extremely disappointed. The room smelled awful. We did see a few bugs in the living room area that were roaches. customer services was not the greatest. My husband and I were blown off by nonchalant management. I have stayed at many myrtle beach hotels and have never had this type of experience. Not to forget that the water in our room never got hot but Only Luke warm. I would search around before chosen this hotel.

I stayed here in 2009 when I was there for cheerleading competition, there was a mixup with our rooms, and they immediately upgraded our room to the 3 bedroom suite, it was clean, and they were very customer service oriented, and right on teh beach, very close to shopping. I am going again this summer with famil Plus 20 people so I am going to be using them again!!

We stayed at the Sand Dunes in December of 2011. We have stayed in MANY Myrtle beach condotels over the years and this one definitely ranked up there. The customer service was exemplary; maid service pleasant, elevators clean and well kept; and a quite relaxed atmosphere. We will be back many times. The views are beautiful!! All in all a "10" stay.
