We stayed one night to shop the outlets off 501. The room was clean. The front desk clerk was very nice and the continental breakfast was very good. However, the beds were hard and they use small pillows that look like throw pillows. They worked fine but that was weird. They still use the older style TV's rather than flat screens. I tried to get extra pillows that evening but when I asked the front desk clerk they said that housekeeping is the only one that could give me extra pillows and, guess what, they aren't there in the evenings. So, your stuck with what you have. Overall, it was a good hotel but it is high for what you get. I'm sure it's because it is next the Tanger Outlet.
