I take this opportunity to recognize one of your outstanding employees: Shauna! Yesterday I phoned the hotel to see about the possibility of having champagne delivered to a guest upon her arrival. Shauna was a pure professional handling my request. Her ability to say: "Yes" to my request was both refreshing and uncommon in today's service industry. Thank you for allowing your staff the ability to make a decision without the hassle of "jumping through hoops!" Cramped room and "balcony" which is really a chair outside of the door to your room on a shared balcony/path surrounding the hotel. We both got bruised up from hitting the bed when trying to come in and out of the room. Could have been better kept. Coffe maker was dirty with old coffee in it and no new packets. Remote didn't work. Dusty/dirty wardrobe. Beds were comfortable and the lounge porch was nice. Beach walks every morning make it nice.

We had never been to Isle of Palms, or the Seaside Inn before. But we will definitely be back! The hotel was gorgeous, and the rooms were delicately decorative in island fashion. The bathroom was definitely something u would see in a magazine! The entire staff was accommodating and attentive to all our needs. The assistant general manager, Ms. Shauna Decker was the nicest most professional of them all. It was our anniversary and she took time out of her busy schedule to make us feel at home. Overall, this is the place u wanna be if You're staying in Isle of Palms!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in mid-April and had a great time. The location is terrific...on the beach and easy walking distance to some restaurants / bars. The room was a tad on the small side we were generally out and about most of the days so this wasn't an issue. The only negative is the parking...there are a limited number of spots right below the hotel....if those are full you have to park off premises. Other than that all was well. Would definitely stay there again.
