We rented a private home in Sea Pines Aug. 1-8. 39 South Beach Lane was a spectacular location and beautiful home. The home has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a huge living area and first class pool area. The beach path is next to the house and is only a few minutes walk. The beach was uncrowded and relaxing. Just perfect. The house location is just down the way from the South Beach Marina and the Salty Dog. You can utilize either the Greenwood gate or Ocean gate. It's a lovely drive to the home with bike paths nearby.

We stayed here with our friends, there were 8 of us total. There was plenty of room for all of us without feeling too crowded. We were able to store our bikes in the garage which was nice as well.

The house is well appointed, plenty of dishes, pans, knives, toaster etc. The house was very clean upon check in and very spacious. I have rented a few homes before and this one far exceeded my expectations. Everything was in working order. We did have a clogged drain in the master shower but once contacted they were here immediately and fixed the problem. They were here daily to also check our pool, it was clean and sparkling each and every day.

I have dealt with Resortquest the past 8 yrs and will continue to rent from them again and again. Their service and the homes they manage are simply some of the finest I have stayed in.
