Overview: Island Club is in a terrific location. The Atlantis building is pretty much oceanfront property. Several units in this building have at least a partial view of the ocean. Walkway access to the beach and the playground are nicely kept up. The pools are nice but can get very crowded so get there early.
As for Unit #3202, here are the positives: nice tile entryway. There's a flat screen TV in the master bedroom and the living room. Nice view of the common area/ playground and partial view of the ocean. There were also some beach toys/ gear in the foyer closet which was also nice. Chairs were very rusty and dirty though, so we didn't use those.
Cons: Kitchen ceiling looks very moldy and looks like it's going to fall apart soon. The kitchen is not well stocked at all. Since many families decide to go the condo route for extra space and kitchen use, that aspect was very disappointing. We had to go to WalMart to buy kitchen shears and a few other kitchen utensils. Pots/ pans were of a very cheap grade and scratched up. We were hesitant to use the few small kitchen appliances they had because they were either really dirty or rusty. To sum it up, the kitchen needs some major updating and remodeling.
The property mgmt company was fine to work with. The owners of the condo though need to fix this place up.
