When I arrived.. the first unwelcoming sign in my room was i saw a roach run for cover.. and plus there were *** stains in one of the 2 beds in our room.. so i voiced my displeasure and the lead lady apologized and said that happens like slim to none but still to stay in a room with roaches and some strangers *** freaked me out
The room was not clean and there were bugs. The atmosphere was
unpleasant and trashy. The room was run-down and small. We would never
stay here again.
We arrived on the island at 10:00 p.m., hoping to find accomodations. Stopped at the Motel 6, got two rooms side-by-side (we were traveling with another family). Opened the door to our room, and it was filthy. The maid hadn't even been in there yet, no linen on the beds, garbage everywhere. We should have left at that point, but went up front and requested another room. Opened the door to that room, there were roaches on the desk...Checked out immediately, complained to the desk clerk, whose only reply was "Sorry."
