We stayed at Quality Inn Hilton Head Nov 11, 2011.
Hotel check-in was quick and friendly, however ; I requested a room away from the highway and received the second closest room near the highway traffic.
My husband did the check-in and I forgot to tell him about the request so when we got to the room I did not mention it to him ( he would not want to go back to the desk and change room since we were late checking in).
Traffic noise was not too bothersome but it could be heard.
The rooms have outside corridors and the porch lights shone into the room all night even with the curtains drawn.
The room was clean and the bathroom was really clean.
It could use some new paint and carpet however.

The beds were comfortable but have the old style bedspreads that slide all over the bed. I prefer the new comforters with duvet covers some motels are using.

I only had coffeee for breakfast but my husband said it was a standard continental breakfast with make your own waffles.

Overall for the price of $55.00 we got what we paid for. I would not like to pay more than that.

I stayed at this location in Hilton Head SC recently on a very tight financial budget. I was initially reluctant to stay here because am used to high end brands like the Marriotts, Westin etc but i was awesomely wowed by the customer service at this property. The entire staff was very helpful, with the Front desk being most outstanding! The front desk team was very attentive to our needs every time we called them. I highly recommend this hotel if you are on tight budget and expecting high standards of service.

We stayed at this location for a much needed couples trip. This location was close enough to the beach for us without being on the beach. It is close enough to pretty much anything you wanted to do in Hilton head. The price point was very nice. The breakfast area was big and had the usual choices. The room was a bit dated but doable. We didn't use the pool area, however it did look nice enough.

Like the rest of Hilton Head, this was a beautiful and well equipped Quality Inn. The rooms were large and furnishings new and very clean. Outside of the rooms were beautiful white rocking chairs to sit outside and enjoy the warm fall Southern evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful not only in issues with the hotel but recommendations and directions for stores, services, and restaurants nearby, My only complaint was the blaring Fox News in the breakfast room.
