We were in Hilton Head South Carolina for a short getaway and we booked accommodation at Quality Inn. We received a super warm reception from Michelle at the Front desk and we also had a chance to try the cookies! The rooms were very clean and spacious and at times we enjoyed a liitle putting on their green. Overall, we will definately come back next time we are in Hilton Head.

I booked a room here for a weekend business trip, and first of all was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service after having a bad experience on the phone with a bigger, more expensive hotel on another part of the island. Bryan was wonderful to deal with on the phone!
When I arrived Bryan, Michelle and others at the front desk were wonderful and welcoming...the staff let me look at a couple of different rooms to check for safety. I usually don't stay at outdoor properties so was a little concerned, but was more than happy with location of room. The homemade cookies and coffee offered at the counter at checkin were a great extra! Overall a very comfortable room...furniture is a little dated and layout of room a little awkward with armchair shoved up against the wall, but other than that no complaints. VERY comfortable bed, great water pressure in shower. Only other thing I would change is the little tiny pillows Quality Inns offer...full size pillows would be better! Other than that I had a great stay and was made very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help, including the night clerk who dealt with a truck driver who left his 18-wheeler idling loudly all night long right outside my room. Location is very convenient, if a little noisy with traffic passing on 278 but that is tolerable. Great to have Wal-Mart across the street and an on-site Applebee's. Free breakfast had a good selection -- eggs, muffins, biscuits, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. Overall I was very pleased with my stay...couldn't beat the price and the service, and it's great to be greeted with smiles when you check in!!! As noted room furniture could use some updating, a few other places on property looked a little worn but overall I was completely pleased with my experience here. Great bargain for business travelers!!!

I travel for the company I work for and stay here every time I work Hilton Head. I feel comfortable and safe staying here. Angie and Bryan always welcome me back and make sure everything is great with my stay.

The hotel staff was very warm and comforting.They were all very courteous and friendly. The hotel room was affordable and I could not ask for anything else. They really know "Southern Hospitality"!!!! Thanks to the great staff for such a wonderful experience.
