Seriously. They put us in a dusty room that hadn't been vacuumed and had toenail clippings on the carpet. To top it off, a Childs toy was in the corner next to the bed. We don't have children. Lol. We asked to change rooms. The second room was a little better. Not much. There was food in the hallway on the very stained carpets. The elevator made noises that made us take the stairs. Holiday inn express needs to clean house w this one. It's gross.

Stayed two nights, first night was good, room was clean although the hotel did have a weird smell. Second day, they resold my room while I was gone, let someone in my room with my belongings still there. Did not clean my room the second day, no clean towels etc. Little to no hot water the second day, barely able to shower.

Stayed here for 1 night on business trip. Nice hotel, Clean rooms,Staff was very pleasant. I would absolutely stay here again.

I first called the hotel and spoke to the manager and asked if there were any deals. She was able to give me one over the phone, and we went to check out the hotel before we reserved a stay. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and shown the room, which was very clean and attractive. The manager informed us that it had been recently renovated, even though the hotel was only 13 years old.

The breakfast was pretty good, and we enjoyed spending time in the pool with our little one. It is located not far off the highway, and close to everything.

During our stay our little girl came down with a horrible virus, and we took her to the ER during the middle of the night, and she received an IV for an hour. Due to her illness, and then my husband catching it later, we had to stay two extra days. The manager continued to give us the discounted rate, even though she could have charged us more for a weekend stay. Everyone asked about how we were doing and tried to be as helpful as possible.
