We stayed at this hotel for a college football game in Sept 2011 and we stayed in Sept 2010 for another trip. The hotel is in a great setting making it quiet for sleeping and relaxation.
The service was very good at check, at the lobby bar area, the concierge level reception area and upon check out.
When we were walking to our room we saw numerous room service trays outside of rooms so we were curious as to what the menu had to offer. All of the prices for room service as compared to many other hotels was surprisingly reasonable. We order full dinner (including a steak salad and a chicken entree) and they were both good and arrived quickly and still warm.
I stay in hotels approximately 120 nights a year and I would recommend this one. The bathroom had fully towels, it had high end linens, room darkening drapes, newly upgraded television, good food and a good location.

We had a conference at the Hilton in Greenville and stayed there three nights. The inside of the lobby, the conference room and hotel rooms were all decorated nicely. They had everything you need for being away from home down to the ceramic coffee cup in the room and free water. Having the shuttle was helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, CLEAN and nice. The bedding was high end. The cleaning service went a step further and arranged my things nicely. I would like to stay there again when in beautiful Greenville.

My wife and I stayed here the night after the TSO concert on December 3, 2011. The room was gorgeous. We both had a very restful night sleep. The hotel is convenient to the downtown area and the Bi-Lo center. There is a mall and several restaurants if you just cross over I-385. We will definitely stay here again.

We spent the weekend at this hotel. My sister, niece and I had rescued a pet that was going to be PTS from a local shelter - and brought the dog to this hotel while waiting to meet up with the next leg on the dog's journey to it's permanent home. EVERYONE in the hotel went out of their way to make us feel welcome - from helping us move the dog through the lobby and into the elevator (which was not his favorite thing) to bringing us a doggie bag for a special treat. The staff at the desk were efficient, friendly and helpful - the concierge helped us walk the dog - and even put him on the luggage cart to help get him into the elevator, when nothing else would work. Bartenders were wonderful and attentive. And don't get me started on the food. The restaurant has wonderful entrees (if you are ever there - get the adult mac & cheese - aweseome). And the service was outstanding. This hotel will be on my "must stay at" list in the future.
